Sweet Dreams & God Bless” … Nite-nite Everybody… I’m off to bed. Thanks so much for stopping by, I appreciate you all and the nice comments, prayers & thoughts. Tomorrow l be at Eastlake Everett in morning for church. If you want to come on by and check out our new series Faith on Trial I know you would love it. Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Bacon and Fried Egg

Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Bacon and Fried Egg
for the hearty eater.. It might be a Southern thang..

2 slices bacon
1 egg
2 slices any kind of bread
butter
cheddar cheese, sliced

Fry the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside. Wipe out the pan.
Fry the egg in the same pan as the bacon to desired doneness. It is best to leave the yolk a little runny, as it makes the sandwich that much more delicious.
Heat a flat griddle over medium-high. Butter one side of each piece of bread. Assemble the sandwich with the cheese, egg and bacon, buttered sides out. Place the sandwich on the hot griddle and cook until well browned. Flip carefully and cook the other side. Serve right away.
Notes: If you are making several sandwiches, you will have to lower the heat between sandwiches or they will start to burn before the cheese gets melty.

Well as I am getting ready to head off to bed I am just loving the day that I got to be with my kiddo’s. I got to talk to my mom this morning as both her and my sister headed off to Venice, Italy today for their spring break. Then to start to wind down to the weekend before my kids spring break is over. It has been so fun to just love them and enjoy them. Tonight my tiny one was so cute at dinner. She told this cute waitress that she just loved her smile and how happy she was. That just made her day & night she said. It got her to talk to us about how she wanted to help with missions and with bringing clean water to other. We got to share with her about Charity Water & ICDI and what they do. We then shared with her about our church and it just happened she was looking for a place. We told her that they have groups, mission groups, and so much that it just sounds like she should check it out. She was so happy by the end of the night to have met us. It was the perfect end to a great day. I just love to see God work through even the tiny ones and through a smile. Well I am off to my bed.. Thank You All so Much for Supporting each other and Supporting Me I appreciate All of You… Sweet Dreams Everyone and God Bless
